Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any extra fees?
There is only an additional class kit fee dependent on the class you enroll in. These class kit fees rage from $10-30 are paid at the end of your class before you leave, and just cover any materials or consumable that were used during class.
Do I choose my exact class during checkout?
After checkout, we’ll send you to the class enrollment page where you can choose the class you want to attend. Find your class on that page and click the red Register button under the in-person class listing.
Do I need jewelry-making experience?
No experience is needed for many of our classes. You’ll receive hands-on instruction, and our teachers will guide you through the techniques used in class. Some advanced classes may recommend previous soldering or bench experience, so be sure to review the class description before registering.
Do I need to bring my own tools?
No. We provide access to the studio tools, equipment, and jeweler’s benches you’ll use during class. Classes will usually have a small kit fee for materials, which will be listed with the class details when you're registering for your class.
What happens after I complete checkout?
After checkout, you’ll be guided to the class enrollment page so you can reserve your seat. You’ll also receive follow-up information by email with the next steps and class details.
