Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience to join?

No experience is needed at all. Many students are trying jewelry making for the first time. You will be guided step-by-step through everything so you always know what to do next.

Do I need to bring my own tools or materials?

No. You will have access to professional tools and equipment inside the studio. Most classes include base materials, and any additional materials can be purchased on-site if needed.

What happens when I arrive for my first class?

You will be welcomed into the studio, shown where everything is, and introduced to your instructor. From there, you will jump right into a guided, hands-on class with support available the entire time.

What if I fall behind or need help during class?

That is completely normal. Instructors are there to help you throughout the entire process, and you can work at your own pace. You will always have guidance if you need it.

How long are the classes?

Most classes are about 3 hours long, these are considered half-day classes. Full-day classes are 6 hours long with an hour break in the middle. Your trial membership gives you the flexibility to experience one or more classes depending on the option you choose.

What is included in the trial membership?

Your trial includes hands-on classes, access to the studio and tools, certification training on equipment, and a supervised bench session. The 3-class option also includes a $25 gift card for tools and supplies, and an optional upgrade to get unlimited streaming classes in April too.

What happens after my trial?

After your trial, you can choose to continue with a membership if you want more classes, studio time, and access to the community. There is no obligation, the trial is simply your chance to experience it first.

What if I try my first class and it’s not for me?

If you’re not fully satisfied after your first class, we’ll give you a full refund on your membership.

The only thing you would need to cover is any kit fee associated with the class.

Your trial membership lasts for 30 days from the time you enroll.

You can schedule and attend your classes anytime within that window, giving you flexibility to fit it into your schedule.
